Shipping Policy – MP Esthetics

Thank you for shopping at MP Esthetics. We’re committed to delivering your products safely and on time. Please read below for details on our shipping process, timelines, and related policies.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received, and another notification when it has shipped.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We’ll notify you via email if there’s an unusual delay.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship orders via major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not from the date of purchase.

🌍 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Orders over $100 may qualify for free shipping within the U.S.

  • We currently do not ship internationally. Let me know which one applies!)

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

🚫 Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to claim the package:

  • We will notify you and give you the option to reship at your expense.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

❗ Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  2. Include your order number and photos of damaged packaging/products (if applicable).

  3. We’ll work with you to file a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

⚠️ Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes for expedited delivery methods.

  • Some skincare products may be restricted from air shipment due to ingredients (we’ll notify you if this applies).

📍 Local Pickup (Optional)

If you're located near Lake Elsinore, CA you may choose local pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time.
