I'm Maryssa, a licensed esthetician and the proud owner of MP Esthetics, a private skincare and waxing studio located in Murrieta, California.
With over a decade of experience in caregiving and working with people from all walks of life, I've always believed that making someone feel comfortable, respected, and cared for is just as important as the service itself.
I created MP Esthetics to be more than your typical beauty studio. I wanted a space where clients could show up exactly as they are, without judgment, unrealistic beauty standards, or feeling like they need to apologize for their bodies.

I specialize in Brazilian waxing, body waxing, customized facials, and treatments that address concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation, texture, and hormonal skin changes. Whether you're navigating your first Brazilian wax, struggling with stubborn skin concerns, or simply craving an hour to yourself, my goal is to make every appointment comfortable, educational, and personalized to you.
I'm especially passionate about creating a body-positive environment where plus-size clients and those experiencing hormonal hair growth feel seen, respected, and completely at ease.

I believe in skin health over unrealistic perfection, prevention over correction, and educating my clients so they feel confident caring for their skin beyond the treatment room.
